Get ready for a holiday season filled with flavor and festive cheer! Driscoll’s, the family-run global market leader in fresh berries, is pleased to announce its “Berrylicious!” festive menu collaboration with Cupping Room, Hong Kong’s celebrated, award-winning specialty coffee roastery.
Perfectly timed for the peak holiday buzz, the menu will be available from today to 31 December across all eight Cupping Room locations. The centrepiece of this collaboration is Driscoll’s premium Rubus berries, transformed into two exquisite desserts created by Pastry Chef Ricky Wong of La Viña, the rustic Spanish bakery by Cupping Room, and one seasonal drink.
To celebrate the launch of the six-week seasonal “Berrylicious!” menu, the public is invited to embrace the holiday spirit at a special cooking class hosted by Chef Ricky at La Viña Kwun Tong in December.

Winter Raspberry Yule Log (HK$68): This quintessential Christmas dessert pops to life with punchy raspberry compote layered with rich chocolate whipped ganache on soft sponge cake, generously finished with fresh, ruby-red Driscoll's raspberries.
Blackberry Velvet Tart (HK$68): Bearing a subtle resemblance to festive Christmas tree or pinecone, this indulgent festive tart features a decadent blackberry compote base perfectly matched with an almond tart and light creamy vanilla chantilly, crowned with fresh, jewel-toned Driscoll’s blackberries.
Jingle Berry Hot Chocolate (Hot: HK$50 & Iced: HK$60): Your perfect holiday relaxation companion, this seasonal drink features specialty chocolate complemented by the bright, tart kick of raspberry purée made with Driscoll’s fresh raspberries. Blended with milk and a festive garnish of fresh raspberries for a cheerful bite, available as both a hot pick-me-up or iced with a dusting of chocolate powder for extra goodness.

Learn to show your own “Berrylicious!” best and join the master to learn his secrets as he guides you through making a stunning 8-inch Mixed Berries Tart completely from scratch, featuring only Driscoll's freshest raspberries and blackberries. This limited-run masterclass will be held in December!
