• 熱身動作（靜態、動態、伸展）

• 跑姿改善

• 運動相關體適能訓練（速度、爆發力等）

• 功能性訓練

• 比賽前準備

本會教練會定期為學員進行測試評估，緊貼學員進度並作出適當調整，並會和學員商討訓練計劃及目標。表現優異者經教練推薦可代表本會參加本地青少年公開比賽，於比賽中獲得佳績更可進升本會精英訓練。

【Kids Programme】

• Time: November to December 2026

• Target Group: K2 to P1 students aged 4 years and above.

• Location: Tai Po, North District, Tin Shui Wai

This course is developed by our professional coaching team with reference to the IAAF training programme for children's overall development in athletics, aiming to promote athletics to local children and provide participants with the opportunity to receive diversified and professional training in athletics.
