首個心聆慈善市集

身處繁囂的都市，我們往往忙於處理身邊的大小事務，因而忽略傾聽內心的聲音、隱藏自己的情緒，甚至急於尋找速成的方法來「解決」不安。然而，適時停下腳步、好好照顧自己的心理健康，才是讓自己走得更遠的關鍵。

為響應 10 月 10 日世界精神健康日，香港心聆（Mind HK）將首次舉辦「心聆慈善市集」，以「一切從心開始」為主題，在鬧市中打造一個舒緩身心的療癒空間，讓大家在週末給自己一個停頓的機會，同時將更多關於精神健康的對話帶入社區。

為期兩天的市集將邀請多個本地品牌及社區合作夥伴設置攤位，並安排精彩表演與互動工作坊。無論你想放鬆身心，還是想了解更多精神健康的資訊，邀請你停下腳步、用心聆聽，一同從心開始。

第一彈表演嘉賓陣容包括：

另外更有由創作歌手岑寧兒（Yoyo Sham）與 Prizm Group 共同創辦的冥想、靜心日常應用程式 being @being.practice 到場設置互動攤位，邀請大家帶走一塊與自己有共鳴嘅磁石鏡，好好擁抱每種感受，幫大家減輕壓力、重拾內心的平靜。

✍🏻手寫的温度 — 軟筆書法燈箱工作坊✍🏻

Calliyourlife @calliyourlife 的註冊社工兼藝術書法導師 Wai In 將帶領大家由基本的軟筆書法開始，探索如何用唔同文字線條表達內心，一步一步親手創作出屬於自己或送給至愛親友的手寫字畫燈箱。

🧶「鉤」起心動：耳機袋工作坊 🧶

線研所 @yarnlab_studio 將會帶來耳機收納袋工作坊，帶你體驗一針一線的手作時光。無論你是鉤織新手或手作愛好者，都可以親手製作專屬你的質感耳機袋，為日常注入滿滿溫度！

📣 [Our First Mental Wellbeing Charity Market 2026 ] Starting from the heart across two days | 10+ Performers, 10+ Interactive Booths

In our fast-paced city life, we often find ourselves caught up in daily routines. We may forget to listen to our inner voice, suppress our emotions, or rush to find quick fixes for anxiety. However, taking a moment to pause and care for our mental health is essential for long-term wellbeing.

In the lead-up to World Mental Health Day on 10 October, Mind HK will be hosting their very first charity market, themed "Everything is Better When Mental Health Matters." We aim to create a healing space of respite amidst the bustling city, inviting everyone to pause over the weekend while bringing more meaningful mental health conversations into our local community.

The two-day market will feature booths from local brands and community partners, along with live performances and interactive workshops. Whether you are looking to unwind or learn more about mental health, we invite you to stop, listen with an open heart, and start afresh from within.

We’ve also invited being (@being.practice), a mobile meditation app, co-founded by singer-songwriter Yoyo Sham and Prizm Group, to set up an interactive booth, inviting you to take home a magnetic mirror that you connect with and embrace every emotion, helping you reduce stress and rediscover calm.

✍🏻The Warmth of Handwriting - Calligraphy Light Box Workshop✍🏻

Led by Wai In, who is also a registered social worker and a calligraphy instructor, this workshop guides you step-by-step, from basic calligraphy techniques to exploring how various line styles convey emotion. It allows you to handcraft a personalised calligraphy light box for yourself or your loved ones.

🧶Mind Over Matter, Yarn Over Hook 🧶

YarnLab Studio brings us a crochet headphone case experience. Choose your favourite semi-finished headphone case from the colourful yarns. Our tutor will guide you through basic chain stitches and finishing techniques, allowing you to seamlessly complete your piece and take home your fully finished piece!
