Led by Principal Bartender and Bar Manager William Melo Camcam, a 2024 Giffard West Cup 1st Runner Up and 2025 Grey Goose "Do the 'Tini' Challenge 2nd Runner Up, alongside Darren Prasad of the Employees Only bartending team, the night promises flawlessly executed cocktails and a hospitality-first spirit.

For HK$320 per person, guests can enjoy a curated tasting journey featuring three signature cocktails from Employees Only Singapore, originally priced at HK$360.
