Two Culinary Destinations, One Skyline Location: Vesu Pizza Bar Officially Open at One Peking

Volcanic Energy and Expanded Italian Delights 

One floor above on 30/F, Vesu Pizza Bar energises the skyline space with an upgraded menu and its signature “BITE SIP SHARE” attitude. Recognized as a “50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific” award winner for two consecutive years since opening and recipient of the 2026 "One to Watch" title, the venue continues to evolve its Neapolitan pizza program with a playful twist. Signature icons like The Ducky (HK$198), a playful homage to Peking duck created in collaboration with sister restaurant Hutong, headline the pizza selection. Fresh menu additions include Vesu’s elevated take on the classic Capricciosa (HK$178), layered with Solania San Marzano DOP tomatoes, cooked ham, and artichokes, and Valdostana (HK$188), combining earthy seasonal porcini mushrooms, creamy Taleggio, and toasted hazelnuts. Guests are also encouraged to elevate their crusts with the interactive Dip, Drizzle & Dunk offering (HK$18 each), pairing leftover crusts with Gorgonzola dip, spicy honey mustard, or garlic aioli.

These sit alongside a broader selection of non-dough Italian dishes like the Pollo alla Diavola (Whole: HK$488; Half: HK$258) — a double-roasted spicy chicken delivering crackling skin, juicy meat, and a fiery herbal kick. The Lasagna (HK$198) arrives golden and bubbling, layering rich, savoury ragù with creamy, melted cheese. For a sweet finish, the OOPS... I Dropped The Banana (HK$128) brings a playful twist to dessert, pairing airy banana mousse and rich Biscoff cream with smooth vanilla ice cream.

Fueling the vibrant atmosphere, Vesu’s bar program features creative sips alongside a thoughtful selection of low- and non-alcoholic drinks. Headliners include the Dong Ling Cha (HK$138), a boozy reinterpretation of iconic cha chaan teng iced lemon tea. It pairs whisky with cold-brew oolong and pandan for a smoky, tea-forward balance. For zero-proof options, the Passione 852 (HK$98 combines cold-brew jasmine tea with passion fruit shrub and galangal for a floral, zesty bite. Meanwhile, Pear Me Up (HK$98) delivers a crisp mix of pear, apple cider vinegar, dill-cucumber water, and cinnamon for a refreshing finish.

Following a successful one-night guest shift takeover with Australia’s Shop 225 on 11 September 2026, Vesu launches a month-long culinary collaboration from today to 11 October 2026. Guests can enjoy three limited-edition collaboration pizzas available for one month only, accompanied by promotional pricing on three specialty drinks: the Rossetto and Gai Fong Sour sips (HK$98 each), alongside the zero-proof Passione 852 (HK$68).

Both The Canton Library and Vesu Pizza Bar are now officially open at One Peking, welcoming guests to experience Tsim Sha Tsui's ultimate two-floor dining destination high above Victoria Harbour.
