Art of Presence in Tea and Cloisonne Thangka

Welcome you into the space with the ancient sacred arts of thangka cloisonné and the practice of chádao, tea as an ancient medicine.

We come together in making room for deep presence and inner expression. This is a 4 hours immersive workshop of a meditative and creative journey. To experience an honest and pure reverence to your artistic higher-self , interconnection with a Bodhi mind and the mother nature within you, through the medicine of tea, meditation and thangka cloisonné. The thangka art piece you’ll create is a symbol of reverence and remembrance to the beauty of life you are. Together facilitated and guided by Eames and Debby at LIVIN Artspace.

Eames is a chádao ceremonialist and tea practitioner, a space holder rooted in the practice of Zen and mindfulness. A traveller, working with the ancient tea plant teacher Camelia Sinensis as an offering to the world. The medicine of tea, with TCM informed elements, is well-aged and consciously sourced and selected from high mountain, biodiverse environments- a true unity of mother nature’s gift, wild ancient tea trees with master craftsmanship.

Debby is Cloisonne Artist, and had first encountered cloisonne craftsmanship from Tibetan Thangka Master Tsultrim Norbu in Qinghai-Yushu, China, in 2018. She officially became an apprentice to Master Tsultrim Norbu in 2020. She launched her own cloisonne studio in Hong Kong in 2021, creates cloisonne art works and conducts cloisonne workshops, delighting and inspiring audiences from all walks of life.
