Terrible Baby at Eaton HK welcomes Jakarta’s concept-driven cocktail destination, HATS Bar, for a one-night-only pop-up on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

Set within Terrible Baby’s eclectic indoor space and open-air terrace, the evening brings HATS Bar’s narrative-led approach to cocktails to Hong Kong, where familiar ingredients and everyday moments are reinterpreted through craft and intention.

Award-winning mixologist and HATS Bar founder, Demitria Paramita, will take over the bar to present a selection of imaginative libations. Guests can look forward to creative libations like the bright, fizzy gin-based Mandarin blending Farmer's Gin, Campari, Jeruk Pontianak Soda, served with a captivating edible passionfruit bathbomb. Also on the menu is the dessert-like Love in Manhattan, a spirit-forward marriage of Michter's Whiskey, red wine, and a 66% dark chocolate sorbet that beautifully evolves the drink's flavor as it melts. The daring Picare, inspired by Chinese-Indonesian siomay, masterfully balances smoky Siete Mezcal with the savory, umami depth of bitter gourd juice and pickle.

Demitria, affectionately known as Demi, brings a perspective shaped by her background in culinary arts and pastry, where precision, balance, and attention to detail form the foundation of her craft. With over a decade of experience across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, she has developed a style that seamlessly weaves baking techniques into cocktail-making, resulting in drinks that are both thoughtful and expressive.

Her craft has earned international acclaim, such as Top 3 in The Blend Scholarship by the World’s 50 Best Bars, and champion of the Singapore Bacardi Legacy.

Located in the heart of South Jakarta, HATS Bar is renowned for its dual-concept space: a warm, nostalgic gelato shop at the front that gives way to a hidden, sophisticated cocktail sanctuary. The bar’s philosophy centers on storytelling through drinks, elevating subtle, everyday elements of urban life and transforming overlooked ingredients through deliberate technique and creative flair.

For HK$340 per person, guests can enjoy a curated tasting journey featuring three cocktails, originally priced at HK390.
