Authentic Belgian wheat beer brand Hoegaarden is thrilled to announce its collaboration with renowned Hong Kong award-winning bar Draft Land HK to launch a new Fruit-flavoured Cocktail Series. The new collection will make its exclusive debut at ComplexCon Hong Kong, the global pop culture festival held at AsiaWorld-Expo from March 21 to 23, 2025, bringing an unprecedented refreshing and relaxing experience to trend enthusiasts

Draft Land HK, Asia’s pioneering “Cocktails On Tap” bar, originating in Taiwan, has partnered with Hoegaarden. Its founders and master mixologists, Antonio Lai and Angus Zou, have crafted two distinctive fruit-flavoured cocktails using Hoegaarden’s Fruity Range of wheat beers as a base. Skillfully blending select gins and diverse ingredients, they've achieved a smooth profile with enhanced flavour complexity, despite a higher alcohol content than traditional wheat beer., making the cocktails perfect for convivial gatherings.

Hoegaarden x Draft Land HK Fruit-Flavoured Cocktail Series: ComplexCon Preview

The fruit-flavoured cocktail series launched by Hoegaarden and Draft Land HK includes two unique flavors:

Blushing Gaarden (11% ABV): Hoegaarden Peach, a blend of classic Belgian wheat beer and sweet peach juice, forms the base, achieving a rich fruity aroma. Roasted oolong tea and fresh herbal gin add layers of complexity, while the delicate sweetness of honey and the tartness of citric acid create a perfectly balanced and refreshing taste.

Blooming Gaarden (11.4% ABV): A harmonious fusion of sweet and sour raspberries with the light floral notes of lavender, complemented by herbal gin and the sweet fruity aroma of Hoegaarden Rosée. The lavender adds a refined freshness, leaving a lingering aftertaste.
