Description
For the first time ever, German cellist Alban Gerhardt will collaborate with Hong Kong Sinfonietta — under the baton of Principal Guest Conductor Christoph Poppen — in the Asian premiere of Litanies by British composer Julian Anderson. Poppen will also conduct Mendelssohn’s Calm Sea & Prosperous Voyage and Brahms’ Symphony No 2 for the evening.
