The SHIMOA Cup exemplifies the perfect union of traditional craftsmanship and modern industrial techniques. Its stainless steel body, polished using Tsubame-Sanjo’s renowned techniques, is elegantly finished with Yamanaka lacquerware, a hallmark of Japanese artistry. This meticulous attention to detail transforms the cup into a functional work of art.

For the Hakui series, the intricate “kirimawashi” technique is employed, where gold leaf is meticulously applied by hand. The final touch is a Yamanaka lacquer finish that beautifully preserves the texture and brilliance of the gold leaf, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

Designed for both beauty and utility, the SHIMOA Cup features a double-walled stainless steel structure suitable for hot or cold beverages. Its interior showcases a spiral-polished bottom to create dynamic foam, while the rim is mirror-polished for a creamy, refined texture. The exterior boasts Ishikawa Prefecture’s Yamanaka lacquer techniques, adorned with Kanazawa foil and multiple protective coatings for an opulent finish.

Combining expertise from Japan’s four major production areas, the SHIMOA Cup elevates the drinking experience while celebrating master craftsmanship. Whether for beer, carbonated drinks, or other beverages, this cup delivers both functionality and timeless elegance.
