Between century-old prison walls, players of all skill levels can rally, compete, and laugh together in the city's fastest-growing sport. The pop of paddles will mix with the stories of this historic space, adding your own chapter to its rich past. *A professional instructor will provide coaching and guidance during this session, while Stackd staff will be available for on-site support for other sessions

Important:

• TK FAN must arrive at the Pickleball court at Prison Yard 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and reserved places will be cancelled. Tai Kwun reserves the right to offer remaining places to walk-in participants
• Each registration must include a minimum of two participants and may accommodate a maximum of four participants.

1. Please arrive at the Pickleball court at Prison Yard 10 minutes before the reserved session start time. Late arrivals will not be accommodated, and reserved places will be cancelled. Tai Kwun reserves the right to offer remaining places to walk-in participants
2. TK FAN can register for "TAI KWUN GAMEBOARD | ENCORE! - HKJC Celebrates Tai Kwun 7th Anniversary - Pickleball at The Prison Yard" (the "Activity") exclusively online. Walk-in participation may be available if pre-registered participants do not attend. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
3. By applying for and/or attending the Activity, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions and the Release and Waiver form 
4. Each TK FAN can reserve ONE slot throughout the event period
5. Each registration must include a minimum of two (2) participants and may accommodate a maximum of four (4) participants
6. Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or above)
7. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email. Please present the TK Pass for registration on the day of activity
8. Please bring your own water bottle and towel and wear comfortable sports attire and shoes suitable for movement
9. Paddles and pickleballs will be provided for participants' use. Participants may bring their own equipment if preferred
10. The Activity will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted, or if the The Thunderstorm Warning, Amber/Red/Black Rainstorm Signal is issued within 3 hours before the scheduled start time. For example, if Typhoon Signal No. 3 is hoisted at 9am, the Activity at 12pm will be cancelled
11. In the event of adverse weather conditions or if the facility is deemed unsafe, activities must cease and participants must leave the facility immediately. Participants who disregard safety warnings shall be considered at their own risk
12. According to the Bye-laws, all persons entering Tai Kwun are deemed to have granted approval for Tai Kwun to:
    a) Take photographs, make video or cinematograph recordings and/or use sound or image recording equipment within Tai Kwun; and
    b) Reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters Tai Kwun and use the same for any purposes as Tai Kwun deems fit
13. The Activity is subject to change without prior notice. Tai Kwun reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all arrangements

Walk-ins are also welcome if quota is available:

1. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A queue will be formed for participants
2. Available walk-in session: weekdays and weekends, 4pm – 6pm
3. Each session has a maximum duration of 20 minutes with a participant limit of 4 persons per session
4. Participants in groups of fewer than 4 persons may be grouped with other walk-in participants at Tai Kwun’s discretion
5. Advance reservations or bookings are not permitted for Walk-in sessions. All participation is subject to availability upon arrival
6. All participants must fully comply with staff instructions throughout the activity and maintain proper decorum
7. Tai Kwun reserves the right to deny participation to anyone violating rules or disrupting the session without any compensation
8. Participants may have their participation time shortened or their slot forfeited without any compensation
9. In case of disputes, Tai Kwun reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all arrangements
