Candace uses unique tones from Crystal Tones Singing Bowls to help you to calm your mind and slow down our thoughts. Not only can it release stress and improve your sleep.

The vibrations of the bowls resonate in every cell of the body to release blockages and restore balance from within.

Suitable for anyone who feels restless, has difficulty sleeping, has stress at work or in relationships.
